How to Purchase

Buy a gift card online and send via email or use The Pass app, head to More > Send a Gift and follow the prompts.

You’ll earn points on all gift card purchases, win-win!

How to Redeem

Head to The Pass pub or bar and present your gift card over the bar at the point of payment.

If you have The Pass app, enter your gift card code in-app to redeem as credit. Open the app, head to More > Promo Code.

Please note, credit will automatically be deducted from your next purchase.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Pass Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from date of purchase
  • The Pass Gift Cards can be used to redeem food & beverage
  • The Pass Gift Cards are not valid for function deposits or accommodation
  • Please note, gift cards of $200 value or more, will require customers to provide a valid driver’s license or photo ID at the point of redemption
  • This gift card is not redeemable for cash, gift card may not be returned and will not be replaced if lost or stolen
  • Gift Cards can be converted to The Pass credit by entering the gift card number in the ‘Promo code’ section of the app.
  • Gift Cards converted to credit will have a 12-month expiry from the date it is converted
