The Pass launched in 2022 with 175 venues. There are more than 200 today and we’re still growing. The update is about giving more of what you enjoy, keeps the rewards coming as we grow, and brings in things we haven’t done before. Presale access to live events, new ways to pay and order, and more to come in the new year.

Yes. Your full balance moves across with you at mid-November. Convert points to credit the way you do today, with more ways to use them coming in the new year.

The standard earn rate is 5 points per $1 you spend with The Pass, and your level multiplies it. Level 2 earns 1.5x. Level 3 and Level 4 earn 2x, plus bonus point multipliers on select transactions. Earn rates are updating from mid-November, so check your level above for yours.

Earn or spend points at least once every six months and your whole balance stays active. Otherwise, they expire. Any purchase through The Pass keeps your points active, and so does putting points towards something. Redeeming credit on its own doesn’t. Points you already have keep their current expiry until your first spend after launch. From then, the six-month rule applies to your whole balance.

They stay in your account and work as normal, right up to their own expiry date. How long credit lasts depends on how you earned it, and you can check any expiry by tapping your credit balance on the Home tab. From mid-November, quarterly credits will no longer be part of standard Level 2 benefits. We’ll be in touch before then with more information about what this change means for you.

From mid-November it arrives monthly. $10 in your app, twelve times a year, and no voucher to find. Something to look forward to more often. Last quarterly credit in October, first monthly in December.

It’s going up. From mid-November you get $20 in your app every month, $240 across the year, up from $200. Monthly rather than quarterly, and no voucher to find. Last quarterly credit in October, first monthly in December.

New bonus point multipliers are coming, and we’ll let you know when they land. Until then, your double points transactions work as they do today, with bonus points capped per transaction.

From mid-November, birthday gifts will start at Level 1 and grow with your level. Level 1 starts when you spend $250 a year, and the gift is $30 at Level 1, $50 at Level 2, $80 at Level 3 and $150 at Level 4. If you’re at Welcome level, we’ll share more details before the change takes effect.

Your birthday gift will be waiting in the app from the first of your birthday month, under Rewards, My Benefits. You’ve got the whole month to use it. Once you do, it’s yours for the rest of the trading day, whether you stay put or move on to another one of our venues.

No. You stay at the level you’re on, and reassessment still only happens on your usual anniversary date. We’re refreshing the program, with more to come across the year.

Reach $500 before mid-November and you’ll move up, with Level 2 yours from launch right through to your membership anniversary. From mid-November, Level 2 starts at $750 a year, and that’s what keeps it at your anniversary. Waiting for you there, 1.5x the standard earn rate, a $50 birthday gift and 1,500 bonus points for levelling up.

If you’ve spent over $500, Level 2 is yours through to your anniversary. Your level is reassessed on your anniversary each year, and from mid-November $750 a year keeps you at Level 2. Below that, you’ll move to the level your spend matches.​

The updated terms take effect from mid-November and apply to all members from that date. By continuing to use The Pass on or after that date, you accept them. Worth a read before then so you know what’s new.
