Step 1. Download / Update The App

The Australian Venue Co app and The Pass are the old and new version of the same app. Simply update the app in the App Store or Google Play once The Pass goes live, and you’ll have it on your phone. If you have automatic updates turned on, this will be done for you!

You’ll need to reset your password before logging in. Open The Pass, choose ‘I already have an account’, then select ‘Forgot password?’. Please enter the same email address you used in the AVC app, then follow the prompts in your email.

Step 3. Add Your Payment Method

Add your card details to The Pass to allow you to use the app and pay for your food & bev. For security reasons, we’re unable to transfer your payment details from your current AVC app account.

Step 4. Current Points & Credit

Any points and credit you had in the AVC app will still be available when you sign in to The Pass, as long as you use the same email address on both. Plus, enjoy $10 credit when you first sign in!

Once The Pass is live, here’s how you’ll move over to The Pass if you already have an active AVC app account.
