NOTICE FOR APPLE PRIVATE RELAY ACCOUNTS
The Australian Venue Co app has had a big upgrade, and The Pass is here!
Due to way Apple hides Private Relay email addresses with an automatically generated email, we’re unable to match existing accounts when you re-sign up to The Pass, and therefore cannot carry over any existing points and credit on these accounts from the AVC app to The Pass.
However, we sent a code* to your private relay address to match any points and credit from your AVC account (plus a little extra for the inconvenience!). This is in addition to the $10 welcome credit you’ll receive when you sign up. Can’t find the email with your code?
Get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your unique code is.
*Please note: your unique code will provide you with credit equal to the value of your unused points + credit. For example, if your AVC App account had 1000 points and $5 credit, your unique code will provide you with $15 credit in The Pass.
